THE MAZE RUNNER
The Maze Runner Is a crossover between a suspense and action movie. The movie is set in a crazy maze with innocent individuals trying to survive with each other.
A certain individual named Thomas comes into the maze confused. Thomas comes out of his shell and wants to try and become the hero. In order to do this, he must become the first person to figure out the maze. Based on the number one best selling novel by James Dashner. It depicts action, tragedy, and drama throughout the story.
The overall plot makes sense throughout the movie, but I'm not that impressed. For me personally the story starts off too confusing. You have to keep watching the movie to know what happens, but it keeps me thinking through out the movie. That's what makes this movie worth watching. Wes Ball, the director of The Maze Runner, did a great job to make the plot flow smoothly.
What I think about the overall movie is another story. The overall movie in my opinion was great! One thing I really liked through out the whole movie is how the director choose appropriate camera angles for specific scenes. For example, when Thomas is afraid inside the maze, the director gets a close up shot on his face. In other scenes, the director gets far away shots of appropriate action shots. Now that's what I really like with camera angles.
Now the overall movie itself is a major success. The overall story makes sense and wants to make you keep watching until the end. The graphics are spectacular. The camera angles like I said earlier are very appropriate for specific scenes. This movie is must watch in my book.
