October Student of the month
October's student of the month winners have been announced! Congratulations to Lane Quarnberg, Shelly Nielsen, Keesha Huntsman, and Rachel Gilbert. These students have been chosen for their kindness, hardwork, and dedication. According to Mrs.Porter, behavior is a big part of it, along with improvement. If you are behaving well in class and trying hard to improve not only for academics, but for behavior as well. Then you have a shot at being next month's student of the month. Shelly's advice is, "Just try your hardest everyday to become better. There's always room for improvement."
During and interview with Shelly Nielsen she was asked how it felt to be the student of the month. Her response was, "It feels great! It's such a good feeling to know that people are noticing all the hardwork and dedication I'm putting into the school." -Zoë Baumgartner
